Twenty-five years ago, the China’s first law firm which is professional at the financial real estate was established in Shenzhen. This is Shenzhen Financial real estate law firm who is focusing on financial business and real estate business, is supplementing with the Civil and commercial law, foreign trade and other non-litigation business . This law firm’s establishment quickly filled up the blankness of lawyer business that is in urgent need when the reform and opening-up was started in Shenzhen. We did what we should do for Shenzhen’s early economic development, all made us the one of the first four state-run law offices in Shenzhen.

Fifteen years ago, Shenzhen Financial real estate law firm was reformed from state- run- law office to the first batch of partnership law office, renamed shenzhen Nanyang law firm, at that time, we only had over ten lawyers and three hundred square meters office area.

Seven years ago, shenzhen Nanyang law firm reorganized and renamed to guangdong century Chinese law firm, having more than 50 professional lawyers and 20 assistant lawyers as well as other staff, possessing a strong group of complex talent professional layers with high education and plenty experience. Most of them graduated from the famous law university and received a good system education of jurisprudence. Some of the lawyers ever served as judges, prosecutors, police officers, government officials, have the rich social experience and working experience, This is a well-strengthened professional legal service team. In recent years, the lawyer business revenue is more than ten million RMB, with an average annual tax of one million RMB. We purchased 1 floors in Jueshi building as office which is more than one thousand square meters, is located in shenzhen luohu district financial, business center. Every lawyer has independent office and exclusive car, is equipped with computers and broadband network and other modern office equipments. At present, guangdong century Chinese law firm has become the one of the largest law firm in shenzhen .

We set the goal of "create a new century Chinese lawyer business" , maintain  the team spirit of the "development, pragmatism, dedication”. Beginning from the firm established , we have always been giving the priority to the finance, real estate, economic and other aspects of legal business, the supplement to other legal business. At present, we found  the Business Development Committee, set up the finance, securities, insurance, real estate, high-tech enterprise, trademark, patent, corporate restructuring, merger and reorganization, equity civil, legal aid etc more than 10 sales departments and professional lawyer team to expand the business and improve the lawyer's professional case-solving ability. Legal services are forming cooperation and specialization. With the efforts from all lawyers and staff and the support from the customers ,the business is flourishing and involving more and more fields. Currently, we have stable business relationship with nearly one thousand customers ,the annual contracts for the litigation and non-litigation legal affairs is almost thousand..

In this twenty-fifth anniversary, the restructuring of the 15th anniversary, all the colleagues continue to adhere to the facts as the basis and take the law as the criterion of principle, carry forward the pragmatic, dedicated and pioneering spirit, abide by lawyer’s professional ethics, as always to provide the high quality, high efficiency and professional legal service to our customers.
